Structure of CS(Company secretary) course
Foundation program for cs course
Srudents who have passed 10+2 can register for CS course and have to write an examination conducted by The Institute of Company secretaries of India in which there will be four papers and student have to get 40% marks in each paper and 50% marks in aggregate,that means they have to get 50% total marks in all 4 papers.ICSI conducts foundation examination twice in a year in June and December.There is an exemption for this foundation for graduates and Those who cleared ICWAI foundation

I. Business Environment and Entrepreneurship
II. Business Management, Ethics and Communication
III. Business Economics
IV. Fundamentals of Accounting and Auditing
Executive program for CS(company secretary) course
Students who have passed CS foundation course can register for Executive program,those who are graduated in any course except fine arts can also register for this course.In this we have 2 modules and 7 papers to write.In module one we have 4 papers and in module 2 we have 3 papers to be cleared.In each paper we have to get 40% and in total we have to get 50% ion each module

Professional program for CS (Company secretary) course
After passing executive program students can register for this program in this we have 3 modules and 3 papers in each module.In third module there are 2 compulsary papers and 3 paper we can choose from 4 other papers to write
